My name is Stephanie Crawshay-Ralston, I am a married mum of three living in Marlow, Bucks. My love of fashion started at an early age. Being a Manchester girl I was heavily influenced by music and culture, appearing in the Face at 19 for my unique style of dress. I have a mixed style from edgy, structured, boho and glamorous. I love everything from vintage to high street and high end fashion and can't get enough of inspiring people to break their own fashion boundaries and discover clothing and accessories that make them look and feel amazing, whatever the occasion.

My styling career has also evolved to interior design, recently assisting several local businesses renovate their once dowdy, unloved working environment to a new modern space incorporating their personality.

I worked in the corporate field for the majority of my career.  I was an NVQ Assessor for Bucks County Council in retail and customer service. Alongside I did a 3 year course in person-centred counselling which has given me a greater knowledge and understanding of what my clients wants and needs are without feeling intimidated, which is essential to feeling great about yourself. I have also completed a Personal Styling course at the Fashion Retail Academy and an Eyelash Extensions Application course to add that extra bit of glam!
